Terms & Privacy
Effective September 8, 2026. This notice applies to the website operated by Computational Training Labs Inc.
Website use
This website describes our engineering services and provides a way to contact us. Its content is general information, not a project specification, binding offer, or guarantee of a particular result. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, or submit spam or malicious material.
Project engagements
Sending an inquiry does not establish a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement. Scope, fees, schedules, confidentiality, intellectual property, and deliverables are subject to a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the services it covers.
Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential project materials through these forms. A form submission does not establish a nondisclosure agreement.
Content and availability
Site content and branding belong to Computational Training Labs Inc. or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the site; other uses remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights and any permission granted by the owner.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the website and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Nothing in this notice limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, and question. The project form also collects your project scope and any organization, existing-system, technical-constraint, timeline, or budget details you choose to provide. Submissions include a record creation time.
These details are used to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Please provide only information relevant to that purpose.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google Firebase also hosts this website. These providers process information to operate the site and its storage services; infrastructure processing may include technical information such as IP addresses and request details. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s practices.
Submissions are not publicly readable through the site. Administrative access is controlled through the Firebase project. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Tracking and retention
This version of the site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and the forms do not require an account. The site does not use browser Do Not Track signals to change its behavior.
Form submissions currently remain in our records until manually deleted; automatic deletion is not configured. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and applicable legal obligations may affect what can be deleted.
Updates and questions
We may update this notice as the website or its practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions about this notice or a privacy request, contact us and indicate that your message concerns terms or privacy.
